Warranty, Assurance, and Payment Clause

1. Structural Warranty

  • Electrical Systems: All electrical installations, such as wiring, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and other electrical fittings, are not covered under this structural warranty. Clients should refer to the warranties provided by the manufacturers or installers of these components.
  • Plumbing Systems: All plumbing installations, including pipes, faucets, sanitary fixtures, and drainage systems, are excluded from this structural warranty. These components are subject to the warranty and guarantee provided by their respective manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Finishing Items: All finishing items, including but not limited to flooring, tiling, painting, fixtures, and fittings, are excluded from this structural warranty. These items are covered under the warranty and guarantee provided by their respective manufacturers and suppliers.

3. Third-Party Accessories Warranty

3.1 Manufacturer’s Warranty: All accessories and non-structural components installed during the construction process are covered by the respective warranties and guarantees of their original manufacturers and sellers. This includes:

  • Electrical Components and Systems: Clients should contact the manufacturer or installer for any warranty claims or service requests related to electrical components.
  • Plumbing Fixtures and Systems: Warranty claims or service requests for plumbing fixtures and systems should be directed to the manufacturer or installer.
  • Finishing Items and Decorative Elements: Warranty claims or service requests for finishing items should be directed to the manufacturer or supplier.

SHREE BADREE BUILDTECH PVT LTD is not responsible for any defects, failures, or performance issues related to these components. Clients must address any concerns directly with the original suppliers as per their warranty terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Scope of Liability: Our liability under this structural warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective structural components within the specified warranty period. SHREE BADREE BUILDTECH PVT LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Incidental or Consequential Damages: Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of non-structural items not covered by our warranty.
  • Improper Use, Negligence, or Alterations: Defects or failures resulting from improper use, negligence, or alterations made by the client or third parties are not covered under this warranty.

Failure to properly maintain the building may void the warranty.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Entire Agreement: This Warranty and Assurance Clause constitutes the entire agreement between SHREE BADREE BUILDTECH PVT LTD and the client regarding the structural warranty. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule, including the settlement of any penalties for late payments, will render the warranty and guarantee null and void.
