Refer & Earn – Terms & Conditions

At Shree Badree Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., we value the trust you place in us. Our Refer & Earn program is designed to reward individuals who help others discover and experience our quality construction services. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility Criteria

• The referral program is open to all Indian residents who are 18 years or older.

• Employees of Shree Badree Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible for referral rewards.

• The program is intended for individual referrers only and not for businesses or referral agencies.

2. How to Refer

• Share your referral with friends, family, colleagues, or anyone planning to construct a home or property.

• You can refer by submitting the referred person’s name and contact details via our official referral form, WhatsApp, or in-person registration.

• Alternatively, the referred customer must mention the referrer’s name and mobile number while contacting or registering with us for the first time.

3. What is a Valid Referral

• A referral is considered valid only when the referred customer:

  • Has not previously contacted or enquired with Shree Badree Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.

  • Signs a construction agreement with us within 90 days of the referral.

  • Makes the first payment or booking advance as per the agreement.

• Incomplete or invalid contact information of the referred person will not be eligible.

4. Referral Rewards

• The referrer can earn rewards up to ₹1,00,000 depending on the project size and value.

• The exact reward amount will be calculated based on the total construction value or size of the referred project.

• Reward payouts will be made via bank transfer or cheque after the first payment of the referred customer is successfully processed.

• Applicable taxes, if any, will be deducted as per government norms.

5. No Limit on Referrals

• There is no cap on the number of people you can refer.

• You can earn multiple rewards as long as each referral meets the eligibility and reward criteria.

6. Reward Disqualification

• Self-referrals (referring yourself) are strictly prohibited.

• Duplicate referrals (where the same person is referred by multiple people) will be credited only to the first valid referrer.

• Any form of spam, fraudulent activity, or unethical behavior will lead to disqualification from the program.

• Shree Badree Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any referral at its sole discretion.

7. Changes to the Program

• Shree Badree Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• In case of any updates, revised terms will be made available on our website.

8. Dispute Resolution

• All decisions regarding referral eligibility, reward value, and payment timeline are final and binding.

• In case of any disputes, the matter shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
