Verify company registration, GST, and RERA registration for projects. Ask for registration numbers.

2. Can I see your previous projects?

Visit at least 3 completed projects and 1 ongoing site. Talk to previous clients independently.

3. What is your estimated timeline and have you completed projects on time?

Ask for timeline with milestones. Check if previous projects were delivered on time.

4. What is included in your quotation?

Get detailed line-item quotation. Ask what is NOT included (extras add up fast).

5. What brands and specifications do you use?

Insist on brand names and specifications for cement, steel, tiles, paint, plumbing, electrical.

6. How do you handle changes during construction?
