Electrical Layout:

1. Load Calculation — 5-8 kW for standard 3 BHK

2. Wire Gauge — 1.5 sq mm for lighting, 2.5 sq mm for sockets, 4 sq mm for AC/geyser, 6 sq mm for main supply

3. Switch Placement — Main switch near entrance, bedroom switches both sides of bed, kitchen above counter

4. Points per Room — Living: 8-10, Bedroom: 6-8, Kitchen: 10-12, Bathroom: 2-3

5. Safety — ELCB or RCCB mandatory


Plumbing Layout:
